Manifesto

Wellness is much more than just a trend these days. It now represents a genuine preventive health issue. According to the latest figures from the Global Wellness Institute and McKinsey (November 2024), the global wellness economy has proved highly resilient in the face of the Covid crisis, posting a recovery of +26% compared with 2019. The sector is now almost 4 times larger than the global pharmaceutical industry, 60% larger than total consumer health spending, and surpasses in size the green economy, IT, and sports.

In 2023, its market represented $6.3 trillion, or 6.03% of global GDP. It is now forecast to grow by 7.3% a year to reach $9.0 trillion in 2028, a growth rate well above the projected global GDP growth (4.8% according to current IMF forecasts).

 

This territory is all the more important since well-being and preventive health are closely linked to another major concern of our time, the environment. In this context, I support private and public companies all over the world. My services cover strategic and organisational consulting in wellness, with a particular focus on the challenges of sustainable development and digital transition. 

 

I work in the hospitality and luxury sectors (hotels, thermal baths, beauty brands, spas, club houses, resorts), in real estate, as well as with medical organisations and private clinics wishing to supplement their care and collaborate with alternative medicine actors.

Méditation

I developed a passion for holistic wellness early in my adult life. However, it took me a long time to integrate and adopt the principles of this vast discipline, which has its origins in Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine and naturopathy.

It's only in the last few years that I've come to realise the many benefits on my physical, mental, emotional, psychic and energetic health. Thanks to nutrition, micronutrition, physical activity, meditation, contact with nature, sleep, stress and mental load management, and many other alternative practices, I feel more grounded and balanced.

 

That's why, through my Instagram account, I wanted to raise public awareness of the virtues of preventive health, and make people aware of its close link with the preservation of our planet, our living, vibrant world of plants, minerals and animals.

My long-term aim is to make preventive health care and advice accessible to as many people as possible. My aspiration is to strengthen this emerging bridge between modern medicine, known as allopathic or Western, and natural medicine, known as integrative, alternative or Eastern, in a complementary and holistic approach.
