Alexandra Rabeil
I developed a passion for holistic wellness early in my adult life. However, it took me a long time to integrate and adopt the principles of this vast discipline, which has its origins in Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine and naturopathy.
It's only in the last few years that I've come to realise the many benefits on my physical, mental, emotional, psychic and energetic health. Thanks to nutrition, micronutrition, physical activity, meditation, contact with nature, stress management, sleep, mental load, and many other alternative practices, I feel more grounded and balanced.
That's why, through my Instagram account, I wanted to raise public awareness of the virtues of preventive health, and make people aware of its close link with the preservation of our planet, our living, vibrant world of plants, minerals and animals.
My aspiration is to strengthen this emerging bridge between modern medicine, known as allopathic or Western, and natural medicine, known as integrative, alternative or Eastern, in a complementary and holistic approach.

10 years of expertise in digital marketing and editorial communication, events and project management.
