Manifesto

Wellness is much more than just a trend these days. It now represents a genuine preventive health issue. According to the latest figures from the Global Wellness Institute and McKinsey, the global wellness economy has proved highly resilient in the face of the Covid crisis, posting a recovery of +35% compared with 2019. The sector is now almost 4 times larger than the global pharmaceutical industry, 60% larger than total consumer health spending, and surpasses information technology, the green economy, tourism, and sport in terms of size.

In 2024, its market was worth $6.8 trillion, or 6.12% of global GDP. It is now expected to grow by 7.6% per year to reach $9.8 trillion in 2029,  a growth rate significantly higher than the projected growth in global GDP (which is 4.5% according to current IMF forecasts). This territory is all the more important since wellbeing and preventive health are closely linked to another major concern of our time, the environment

In this context, I support companies and organisations from various sectors (luxury goods, hotels, thermal spas, beauty brands, spas, clubhouses, resorts, real estate, urban planning, etc.). My services are designed to promote responsible wellbeing and preventive health through strategic consulting, holistic wellness treatments and book publishing.

I developed a passion for holistic wellness early in my adult life. However, it took me a long time to integrate and adopt the principles of this vast discipline, which has its origins in Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine and naturopathy.

It's only in the last few years that I've come to realise the many benefits on my physical, mental, emotional, psychic and energetic health. Thanks to nutrition, micronutrition, physical activity, meditation, contact with nature, sleep, stress and mental load management, and many other alternative practices, I feel more grounded and balanced.

 

That's why, through my Instagram account, I wanted to raise public awareness of the virtues of preventive health, and make people aware of its close link with the preservation of our planet, our living, vibrant world of plants, minerals and animals.

My aspiration is to strengthen this emerging bridge between modern medicine, known as allopathic or Western, and natural medicine, known as integrative, alternative or Eastern, in a complementary and holistic approach.
