In a rapidly changing job market, companies today face increased competition in their country, including from international employers, to attract the best talent. While technological advances are promoting efficiency, concerns about increased workloads and mental stress remain. Therefore, in the face of Artificial Intelligence, it is becoming necessary for companies to implement Wellbeing Intelligence in order to promote harmony between the use of technology and human fulfilment (Right to Disconnect, digital detox, rest areas, etc.).
Today, the majority of economic studies agree that there is at least a 10% improvement in companies' financial results when they implement truly responsible approaches (CSR/ISO 26000 standard; QVCT/ISO 45003 standard, psychosocial risk management). Indeed, CSR improves the competitive advantage, reputation and brand image of a company or organisation. Similarly, companies that prioritise the wellbeing of their employees see an increase in productivity of up to 20%, a reduction in absenteeism and retention rates that are 10% higher.
Integrating wellbeing into your corporate culture is therefore a key differentiator for attracting and retaining talent, stimulating creativity and innovation, promoting collective intelligence, and providing many other benefits for your employees. It is therefore an essential strategic investment for your company's performance.

Individual consultations: tailor-made support in two stages. An initial consultation (1 hour 15 minutes) to carry out a holistic health assessment and establish a personalised lifestyle programme. Having managed more than 50 marketing and communication projects for the luxury sector, I have developed pragmatic and effective expertise, and working methodologies. Throughout my career, I have also come to realise the significant impact of environmental and societal issues on businesses. And the world of wellbeing is closely linked to this. Wellbeing for the planet means wellbeing for everyone, and vice versa.
In order to establish this virtuous circle, I advise you on your messaging, support you in the process of defining and implementing your values and actions, and guide you through each step in an inspiring and innovative way. I thus help you to promote your CSR and HSE initiatives both internally and externally.

Wellness tourism remains the 4th largest sector of the wellness economy, accounting for 13.1% of all global wellness spending in 2023. In the coming years, the Global Wellness Institute predicts that wellness tourism will enjoy rapid growth of 10.2% per year, reaching $1.351 trillion in 2028.
In 2023, wellness travellers accounted for 7.8% of all tourist trips, but 17.9% of all tourist spending. This is because these travellers spend more per trip than the average tourist, both domestically and internationally. International wellness tourists spent an average of 36% more than the typical international tourist. This is because wellness tourists tend to be wealthier, more educated and better informed, and are willing to spend more on travel experiences, services and amenities that contribute to their health and wellbeing.
Using a creative approach, I work with you to enhance your guests' wellness experience at every stage of their visit. I design memorable events, retreats and tailor-made holistic experiences focused on wellness and natural preventive health. I offer a personalised service to increase additional revenue, reach new markets, and increase average spending and length of stay throughout the year, bypassing seasonality issues.
